NVIDIA Color Banding Issue : Solution

If you just upgraded to an RTX / GTX gaming graphics card and you are experiencing color banding on your expensive monitor, this is for you:

Open up NVIDIA Control Panel from SysTray
Navigate to Desktop Color Settings
Adjust gamma to negative until your color bending is gone.
